Prowler Pickles was our first “Maverick Venture” that started as a passion project. High Stakes Honey came next and we are constantly evolving and expanding. The goal is to spark passion in all of you for healthy eating; no processed foods and all natural ingredients! We use fresh produce from our own farm-raised ingredients along with other local farms to make our pickles. Local bees from around the Ozarks of MO and in the mountains of CO are working hard to provide delicious honey for your household, using the lush vegetation several beekeepers and bee lovers like myself have provided them. Some honey comes straight from my own hives while other honey is picked up from other local beekeepers near me that have cleanliness and care as top priorities. We have wildflower and clover varieties in our shop!

Our goal is to bring some unique flavors to your table, expand people’s palates, and prove that pickles are not all equal- ours’ are true Mavericks! Join us on our journey as we pickle with prowess!
