As a partner, you can introduce your products to a community that cares about who made them and why. We also look for opportunities to share the people and stories behind our brands through the Off Trail Market storefront, content, and OTMCast podcast.

How it works

1. Connect your Shopify store.
   We use Shopify Collective to connect your store with ours. Your products are imported into Off Trail Market, and inventory stays synced. Other product details can be synced depending on our settings.

2. Introduce your brand.
   We’ll work with you to select products for the Gear Shop or Makers Market and present your brand to Off Trail Market customers.

3. Keep doing what you do best.
   When a customer buys one of your products, the order appears in your Shopify admin. You pack and ship it, then add tracking as you would for your other orders.

4. Get paid through Shopify Collective.
   When automatic payments are enabled, Shopify transfers the agreed supplier amount when you mark the order fulfilled. The timing of funds reaching your bank may vary. We’ll make sure you understand the payment setup before your products go live.

What it costs

There’s no upfront fee to join Off Trail Market. Together, we agree on the retailer margin for your products through a private Shopify Collective price list. When a product sells, the agreed supplier amount goes to you and Off Trail Market retains the agreed margin.

We’ll discuss the details with you before you join, including pricing, shipping, discounts, returns, and how customer questions are handled. We want you to understand the partnership and feel good about it from the start.

What you need

To sell with us through Shopify Collective, you’ll need:

• A Shopify store based in the United States and selling in U.S. dollars

• Shopify Payments turned on

• The free Shopify Collective app, set up as a supplier

• Gear or goods built for life outside, from an independent brand
