Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Kula Cloth packs and ships your order directly. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you'll get a tracking email when it ships.

Returns

Kula Cloth accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Because most Kula Cloth products are personal hygiene items, an item must be completely unused, unwashed and unworn, in its original packaging with tags, and still sealed if it shipped sealed. Contact Off Trail Market before returning an item so we can coordinate the return.

Return conditions

Opened hygiene products, items with a broken seal, and anything used, worn, tested or washed cannot be returned, even if it looks clean. Items marked final sale, gift cards and late returns are also excluded. Normal wear and tear and damage from use or laundering are not defects.

Return shipping & fees

You cover return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Help with your order

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact Off Trail Market within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Please don't wash, use or discard the item while the claim is reviewed. Depending on the issue, Kula Cloth may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, or a partial or full refund.

Kula Cloth® — The Original Reusable Pee Cloth

Kula Cloth®   is a reusable pee cloth for anybody who squats to pee. It's super easy to use, just pat dry with the soft, absorbent side... snap it closed... and then snap it back to your pack!  Reuse your Kula Cloth®   all day long and wash at home or at camp (see FAQ below for more detailed instructions!).

Why use a reusable pee cloth instead of toilet paper?
  • No used toilet paper to carry or pack out
  • The fabric dries fast, so you stay comfortable between stops
  • The antimicrobial finish inhibits odor-causing bacteria on the cloth, which keeps it fresher between washes
  • Reflective thread helps you find it at night with your headlamp
  • It snaps shut for privacy and clips to your pack
  • One cloth gets washed and reused for years instead of tossed after a single use
  • Keeping single-use paper off the trail supports Leave No Trace (no TP left behind!)
Read the short FAQ below for more details, and if you're new to outdoor hygiene, you can check out our guide on how to pee outside.

Kula Cloth was created by a former park ranger to reduce litter in wilderness places and to help folks feel more comfortable and connected when out in nature. We are so honored that Kula Cloth® is a part of your adventures, and hope that it helps you to be more present while spending time outdoors.
