Shipping & Returns

Shipping

VARGO normally ships orders the same day or the next day, depending on when the order is placed. Every order ships with tracking. This is a dispatch estimate, not a delivery-time guarantee.

Returns

VARGO accepts returns within a 60-day window for purchases through Off Trail Market. To qualify for a refund, items must be new, unused and in sellable, as-new condition. Contact Off Trail Market before returning an item so we can coordinate the return.

Return conditions

Used items or items that are not in sellable, as-new condition do not qualify for a standard refund. Product defects and other order issues are reviewed separately, case by case.

Return shipping & fees

A flat $7.99 return fee applies. VARGO does not charge this fee if the item is determined to be defective.

Help with your order

Contact Off Trail Market for help with an order issue. We will coordinate with VARGO, which reviews each issue case by case. VARGO's support contact is info@vargooutdoors.com.

A Redesigned Classic

With a nod to the external framed packs of old, the ExoTi AR2 pairs modern day materials and award-winning design for a backpack with unparalleled comfort and performance. At its core is the titanium ExoTi frame and lumbar support plate that deliver best-in-class load transfer. An ample 46 liter cinch-top bag and multitude of outside pockets easily store most gear while its 3/4 length allows the attachment of bulkier gear directly to the frame underneath (e.g. shelter, sleeping pad, packraft, bear canister, etc.). To improve carrying efficiency, the Load Lifting Compression Strap System keeps the loads high and tight so you can keep on trucking the big miles comfortably. Get the best of the old and new with the ExoTi AR2 Backpack!
